This position will be a part of the Product Success Curriculum Development team. The Product Success Curriculum Development team works closely with the Education and Enablement team, Product and Practice Experts, Solutions Management and Marketing and other groups to design and develop a variety of effective and engaging online training courses for NICE employees, partners, and customers. This position also involves creating proactive and responsive training solutions to meet support and service needs while seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, and organizational performance.​​

As an Education Professional, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: 

  • Consults with internal customers to understand needs and determine requirements of proposed training/curriculum projects.
  • Proactively assist content contributors in achieving deadlines.
  • Establishes and manages curriculum development project backlog/queue, prioritization, and capacity.
  • Scopes projects accurately and submits accurate information for project tracking in a timely manner.
  • Develops eLearning courses using Camtasia, Articulate Suite, and other content authoring tools.
  • Develops training courses and materials for customers, partners, and employees using adult learning best practices and latest industry standards.
  • May attend industry conferences and seminars to stay current with latest trends and best practices.
  • Design and perform needs assessments and training evaluations.
  • Develop testing and evaluation processes.
  • Develop and oversee content creation and management processes for supplemental content contributors; this includes screen recording techniques, audio recording techniques, test/quiz creation, and basic Learning Management System administration.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Learning Management System administrator and expert.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills as well as relationship building skills.
  • Update and revise course content and teaching methodology to maintain currency and relevance.
  • Actively seek ways to improve online content.

To Land This Gig You’ll Need:  

  • BS/BA in technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent work experience required. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements above. Type of experience varies depending on Consultant’s specialization:
  • Implementation: broad skills in both technology & analysis; experience in communicating at a technical and functional level while managing business rapport.
  • Business Optimization: deep skills around business analysis/call centers; experience in the KPIs and best practices of call centers and their operations.
  • Education & Enablement: professional and confident public presence; experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker.
  • Engineering Services: deep skills in specialized technical & functional areas; deeply technical expertise around software engineering, programming languages, integration, and/or databases.
  • Desired personal profile: Very smart, analytical, inquisitive, service & team-oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter.

Bonus Experience:

  • 4+ years direct work experience in a training capacity, including all aspects of curriculum development and execution.
  • Graphic design and layout skills, including experience with Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
  • Competent and proficient understanding of NICE Sales Process and Products.
  • Previous experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD.)
