About this position

We are looking for an outstanding, driven, and creative learning and development professional who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving the knowledge and productivity of our sales team members through creation and implementation of various learning and developing programs within the organization.

What you’ll do

Instructional Design – 70%

  • Lead the design and development of training materials including e-learning modules, facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, participant handouts, job aids, etc.
  • Assist in creation of training surveys and analyze employee feedback on course effectiveness
  • Revamp of existing content including solution modules, solution playbooks, and tools training modules. Familiarity with salesforce training a plus.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, implementation, and other subject matter experts to research, design, and/or obtain training content
  • Lead content reviews with team to ensure highest level of accuracy and quality
  • Participate in Train the Trainer sessions with facilitation team
  • Ensure facilitators are familiar with new content and aware of content updates
  • Work with broader sales enablement team to establish and oversee process for content intake, review, and refresh

Learning Management System Administration – 20%

  • Monitor, update, and report employee data in the Learning Management System (LMS) to document completion of training requirements
  • Create and assign training offerings in LMS
  • Other duties as assigned

Training Coordination – 10%

  • Coordinate details for bi-weekly continuing education program, including compiling attendee lists, creating, and sending communications, scheduling presenters, etc.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Media or relevant field
  • 7+ years’ experience creating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content including presentations, learner guides, and facilitator guides
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality content
  • Experience using a variety of tools and learning methodologies, including virtual learning environments, and learning management systems
  • Understanding of ADDIE design model
  • Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model and experience demonstrating learning outcomes related to training content
  • Ability to conduct a training needs assessment to accurately identify the true need and develop prescriptive content
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability
  • Ability to work successfully in remote environment
  • Fast learner and ability to grasp topics quickly
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills
  • Driven for individual and team results
  • Passion for learning, a high-level attention to detail and accuracy in your execution of work
  • Ability to lead other instructional designers as the team scales and grows
  • Ability to manage contractors and hold them to both quality and efficiency standards
  • Experience or Knowledge in fields of Healthcare, Revenue Cycle, or Sales Training are a plus
