The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager to join us in building and scaling learning programs for employees. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of program development and management, with experience in Learning — supporting the planning, operationalizing, tracking and building of learning initiatives within a complex, fast-paced organization.

A Typical Day: 

  • Work in close partnership with Learning Managers and leadership teams to drive and implement learning programs
  • Facilitate conversations between teams, move process forward, find resources, create communications, raise concerns to decision-makers early and resolve open issues that prevent progress
  • Drive planning meetings and initiate meaningful conversations – leading weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to influence and ensure key deliverables are on track
  • Develop a strategy for keeping all relevant teams and stakeholders up to date and aware of project/program launches
  • Manage program documentation & deliverables such as the program surveys, timelines and communication plans
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including completing statements of work, vendor onboarding, managing budget, and proactive review of vendor quality
  • Manage course offerings within our learning management system (LMS)
  • Manage LMS reports and draw insights based on course analytics and participant feedback

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience managing moderate to large sized projects/programs in Learning or HR from initiation to launch
  • Experience managing programs that include both internal and external contributors
  • Exceptional leadership, priority management, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new learning products and solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and role-model assuming positive intent and driving to make an impact
  • Experience building relationships and collaborating across a geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing environment
  • Expertise in using program management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheets, etc.
  • 2+ years of LMS experience (Intellum, Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
  • Strong situational awareness and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree desirable
  • Scrum (CSM) certification preferred

This position is US – Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We’ll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range

$150,000—$190,000 USD
