Campus Recreation is seeking to fill the position of Program Manager, Training and Development within Fitness and Wellbeing.

Program Managers must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and uphold Fitness and Wellbeing policies and procedures to the group fitness instructors, personal trainers, and patrons of the Penn State University community. They must have knowledge and skills to offer concise information for training and development offerings for Fitness and Wellbeing student staff. Program Managers must be able to work independently and take initiative to provide new ideas and training concepts for the benefit and improvement of the Fitness and Wellbeing program.

Campus Recreation is a department within Student Affairs that provides fitness, wellness, and recreational programs to the campus community through the operation and administration of the new expanded and renovated 200,000 square-foot Intramural Building, the McCoy Natatorium, the 700-acre Stone Valley Outdoor Recreation Area, a Tennis Center including six clay courts and four indoor courts, the White Building, Outdoor Adventures, Aquatics, Club Sports, Fitness and Wellbeing Programs, and Intramural Sports.
