GP Strategies is looking for a LMS Administrator – LATAMt

SUMMARY: Maintain and ensure effective administration of the LMS, including posting new content, ensuring accurate audience assignments, documenting processes and policies, developing reports and queries for a variety of internal and external constituents, testing, and troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform aspects of LMS administration which may include:
    • Provide detailed reporting, inclusive of data extraction, collating, and manipulating data (from multiple sources) into visual graphs or dashboards for internal and external customers
    • Support the design and development of custom reports for clients
    • Process or submit mass data imports and/or updates to various systems
    • Understand the flow of data between multiple systems & address inquiries from internal team.
    • Provide basic troubleshooting and fixing user issues through answering questions and troubleshooting problems for end users by phone and email.
    • Escalate technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution
    • Create/publish/archive WBT courses
    • Upload, publish, and test e-Learning modules to ensuring proper functionality
    • Build training assignments and test criteria before release to ensure accurate audience assignment
    • Support custom updates to LMS system notifications & fields
    • Complete daily tasks such as developing and sending status reports and responding to customer questions
    • Maintain the integrity of data in systems of responsibility and reporting
    • Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints
    • Recommend and support improvement solutions relative to the needs of the LMS & connected systems
    • Document and update LMS support processes, including work instructions and report creation.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in enterprise LMS administration or learning technologies
  • Expert level MS Excel experience with a focus on collating and manipulating data
  • Advanced level MS PowerPoint experience with a focus on data visualization
  • High attention to detail & data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; initiative to track and communicate the status of requests proactively
  • Strong problem solving skills with a focus on continual improvement
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience with SABA Cloud Learning Management System administration
  • Project management experience
