Overview
This position is responsible for managing various aspects of ArchCare’s Learning Management System (LMS) and the Learning and OD department. Perform all standard LMS operations using CourseMill technology such as registrations and enrollments and the creation and management of student accounts, courses, and curricula. Coursemill training will be provided. Produce reporting on LMS data such as completions, registrations, and user statistics. Train and mentor new hires who have elevated access within the LMS. Respond to learner inquiries and technical issues. Assist in the research and development of new training curriculum and e-learning courses. Design all e-learning courses to match the established format. Provide support as needed to the Manager and AVP of the Learning & Organizational Development Department. Additionally, the LMS Administrator may assist in the set-up and oversight of in-person and virtual classes, as well as occasional assistance in facilitating classes.
