GP Strategies is seeking for an Learning Facilitator 2 for one of our clients at Telecommunication field.


Deliver technical and behavioral training, conduct theoretical and practical activities according to the established project. Act in the transmission of the theoretical and practical content of the training program. Vacancy intended for the training of telephone installation technicians


  • Application of presential and virtual training;
  • Attendance control and reports;
  • Take care of the resources provided by the company and contractor;
  • Ensure the understanding of the proposed content, and report to the manager positive points and improvements identified in their performance.


  • Time of experience required: 6 months to 1 year.
  • Experience with fiber optic intallation: Field experience (people who have been installers/customer service providers).
  • Desired but not mandatory: Experience with the field systems: ETA/TOA/ZEUS (work order management system), TOOLBOX (a single app that aggregates the main field tools), VICKY (material and equipment management tool), EFIKA OS (system that aggregates systemic support tools, a “mobile operations center”), MAGIC TOOL (app that helps map the customer’s network as well as troubleshooting, this is new and easy to learn so it comes in as desirable knowledge).
