The Role:
The Learning & Evaluation Analyst supports the data management, reporting and analytical work under the MILE (Measurement, Innovation, Learning and Evaluation) program at Tides. This role will partner to build and evolve the MILE program and will be responsible for developing and monitoring operational metrics, managing analytical reporting, in-house surveying, and building evaluative tools for Tides management and staff. This role will support the growing needs of Tides for internal expertise and capacity for data management and analysis of our clients, processes, business development and operations.
This role will support the implementation and monitoring of progress related to Tides’ strategic plan. The Analyst will be responsible for partnering across all levels and departments across Tides to support analytical, evaluation and impact initiatives and helping develop infrastructure to support in-house learning and evaluation capabilities. The Analyst will also advocate for and foster a supportive, data driven learning culture at Tides.
This position is classified as part of the collective bargaining agreement (SEIU 1021).

Salary Range
Tides is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The starting salary for this role ranges from $58,507 to $87,720 based on geographic location, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization.
