We’re looking for a Learning and Enablement (L&E) Specialist to join our global customer advocacy team to drive impact with one of our leading tech client teams. This world-class, highly visible enterprise team supports several other internal teams including sales, marketing, analyst relations, and events. 

Broadly, the Global Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP) team is on a mission to connect a community of customers and industry decision-makers to tackle today’s most common digital transformation challenges.

Functionally, the L&E Specialist will build out, manage and enhance the training program as we work to quickly expand our existing team. They will work with Designit and client employees (approximately 60 in total) across various teams and stages of growth. This role requires an individual who is eager to understand GCAP teams’ functions, upgrade and optimize the current L&E framework, and initiate emerging projects. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the Designit employee lifecycle on the GCAP, from talent acquisition, onboarding, training, to development. You will collaborate directly with internal learning stakeholders, including the client, Specialists and trainers, Subject Matter Experts, leads, and members of the L&D team across time zones and regions.

Would you like to…

  • Lead training design and planning, including establishing L&E’s Rhythm of Business (ROB)
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs and projects that support specific client performance objectives and requirements, drive measurable impact, and lead to sustainable and scalable innovations.
  • Audit and optimize existing L&E initiatives on this account.
  • Develop instructional strategies and create training materials for various learning modalities, including facilitation guides, train-the-trainer resources, and hands-on labs.
  • Partner with internal experts and external partners on designing, developing, and implementing effective training materials, such as e-learning, job aids, knowledge base documentation, or specialized content. Refresher training, SOP training, compliance training for multiple audiences.
  • Identify evaluation metrics and techniques to measure and monitor the effectiveness of training programs, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage onboarding and training programs for new hires on each team, ensuring team members are ramped up within client’s required timeline.
  • Collaborate and consult on the talent acquisition process and support career pathing.
  • Govern and administer learning technology systems
  • Support change management processes and adopt a systems approach to address new initiatives and objectives, ensuring materials are updated and maintained in line with changes in programs, processes, or products.
  • Conduct project management to ensure project efforts remain on target, stakeholders are informed and involved, and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Support the development of knowledge transfer plans within the scope of L&E.
  • Provide thought leadership on growing L&D capabilities beyond the current program, evaluating new L&D initiatives for client needs within the scope of the account.

What you bring:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Enablement, with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that enable employees to succeed in a technology savvy environment.
  • People management and leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing in multiple modalities including eLearning, ILT/VILT for various group sizes
  • Proficiency in learning tools such as learning authoring tools (eg. Articulate 360) and Learning Management Systems (eg. Litmos).
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts within the client’s GCAP program, objectives, functions, and make them easily understandable through different types of modalities and audiences.
  • Experience enabling cross-culture teams is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese is also a plus.
  • Ability to make design recommendations to stakeholders based on what would be best for the learning audience, in accordance with the desired learning outcomes.
  • Superior editing skills. Attention to detail.
  • Consultative skills, including excellent communication, critical reasoning, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organization skills; project management and change management skills.
  • Microsoft or previous enterprise experience a plus.

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $85,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
