Job Summary:
Partner with management and subject matter experts to assess, develop, design, evaluate and deliver training classes and programs that support the development of employees. Track results and provide ongoing feedback in order to foster continued employee development, improve education programs and meet department goals. Participate in organizational development activities in connection with corporate initiatives, organizational review, performance management and workplace improvement to contribute to effective employee development.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct full training needs analysis predominantly for single groups and intact teams for classes and/or events.
- Drive design and development of training courses and curriculum. Project manage the design work with subject matter experts, identify the appropriate delivery method enabling effective learning. Appropriately customize content for specific target audience needs.
- Utilize solid facilitation skills in training delivery. Ability to adjust content during class based on audience/participants. Follow up engagement post-session facilitating learning reinforcement through debriefs.
- Develop assessments, evaluations, and learning activities to evaluate overall training effectiveness. Provide results and feedback to management, recommend training or process modifications. Design and analyze subjective evaluations, complex level two and basic level three.
Job Specifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, HR, ISD, OD, Business or related field required (Preferred).
2. Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant, progressive work experience. Demonstrated experience in a business environment in the development of training for adults.
- Strong project management, presentation skills and demonstrated ability to influence required.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory and instructional delivery options.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, specifically in Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Enablement Sites (previously myTrailhead) and SalesForce strongly preferred.

Salary Range:
$61,250.00 – $89,750.00
