Job Description:

Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties:

Innovate & Design Engaging Learning Experiences

  • Create dynamic, learner-focused training programs tailored to employee development needs.
  • Design eLearning modules, interactive courses, videos, job aids, and blended learning solutions.
  • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g. Workday Learning, Canvas) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop and deliver engaging content.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on data, feedback, and best practices.

Lead, Facilitate & Inspire Future Leaders

  • Curate and lead a key program that develops future leaders.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Enhance learner engagement through interactive delivery and creative facilitation techniques.
  • Support HR and leadership teams with onboarding, professional development, and career growth initiatives.

Flexible work options:

This position is eligible for Hybrid work, an arrangement where employees spend a minimum of 60% of their regular workweek at their primary ASU work location.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
