The purpose of the Learning Consultant role is to provide engagement management functions, connecting partners with resources and services.
Plan: engage with partners and business managers to collect planning priorities and share services, assistance, guidance before needs arise; manage intake of new program launches and/or program refreshes.
Engage: align with partners on processes, roles, responsibilities; manages self-service v. human support options; identify opportunities to scale solutions across stakeholders; provide cost estimates for guided or white glove services.
Track: maintain portfolio tracking tool; maintain action items for Shared Service Leads; track requests and internal completion status.
Collaborate: maintain proactive communication with stakeholders re: requests, challenges, resolutions.
Review: act as primary point of contact for stakeholder; proactively sync status updates and new intake or priority next steps; manage cyclical activities to plan responsibilities.
