Are you passionate about assisting employees in their careers?  Do you live to develop, deliver and manage organizational development programs and services to sustain current programs and innovate programs for the future?  The Organizational Development unit of the division of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness is seeking your talents and passion for the Learning and Development Advisor.  You will be developing and delivering computer and conceptual based training programs in person in an experiential setting using your expertise in public speaking and communication and your analytical ability to synthesize and organize large amounts of data.  Collaboration is key to your success in a deadline-oriented and results-driven environment that is dynamic and exciting.  We have several positions available.

Opportunities to excel

Assess learning and performance support needs

Develop, align and execute plans to address needs assessment findings

Design, deliver and implement high-quality learning, development and performance support content, programs and services

Evaluate content, programs and services to integrate improvements

Lead and collaborate on other project teams

Develop personal professional competencies and stay current with research and practice

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three years of related experience in learning and development, talent development or organizational development
