Lead Learning Experience Designer 

Location:  This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office), 0-3 times per month.

The Lead Learning Experience Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools. 

How you will make a difference: 

  • Performs and documents job and needs analysis as the foundation for multi-modal curriculum development. 
  • Collaborates with the training team, other content developers, and business subject matter experts on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions. 
  • Uses all approved processes, tools, templates, and design standards for development and reporting. 
  • Creates and participates in the quality review process. 
  • Actively partners with other training and documentation teams within the organization to share best practices and development strategies. 
  • Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions, meetings, and other events. 
  • Becomes the organization’s subject matter expert on LMS learning administration activities. 
  • Develops project plans, deliverables, and schedules and tracks those deliverables to completion. 
  • Assists in coaching other content development associates on design and development methodologies and strategies. 
  • Seeks proactive advice on work assignments or deliverables at risk of not being met. 
  • Actively maintains all content. 

Minimum Requirements: 

Requires BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, or related field and a minimum of 4 years of web design/development and minimum of 5 years supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: 

  • Experience with developing training and support curricula for internally developed user applications. 
  • Experience with designing or developing mid to high-fidelity eLearning content. 
  • Technical proficiency with Articulate products (Storyline) or other leading-edge development software. 
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with html coding. 
  • Exposure to Workday Learning Management Software. 

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $86,000 to $154,800. 

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
