The Instructional Systems Designer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating high-quality training content. This position will have the responsibility of developing and administering training plans and content within a call center environment at multiple sites, as well as reporting, and modification of existing training content. The ideal candidate requires strong project management and learner needs assessment and evaluation skills in order to deliver quality outputs on time. The Instructional Systems Designer will work collaboratively with various levels of management, multiple cross-functional partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine appropriate learning solutions and outcomes. The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, and with many different teams on simultaneous projects.
