Ellevation is growing, and we’re looking for an Instructional Content Manager to join our Education Solutions team. Bringing your knowledge of – and passion for – instructional best practice for teachers of linguistically diverse learners, you’ll be responsible for authoring and revising content for professional learning resources for educators using Ellevation Strategies. And most importantly, you will help Ellevation make a direct impact on how language learners succeed in classrooms around the world.
Responsibilities
Impact
1 month: Build background knowledge and perspective on the content within Ellevation Strategies. Learn about our customers and regional segmentation and needs. Develop rapport with key stakeholders and team members.
3 months: Contribute to the instructional design and authoring of the content within Ellevation Strategies. Review existing specs and shape areas for evolution.
6 months: Drive project management and delivery of content on or ahead of deadlines. Demonstrate expertise in our documentation systems. Establish avenues of effective customer feedback.
12 months: Take ownership of the pace of high-quality content production with Ellevation Strategies. Drive efficiency with asset management.
About You
$100,000 – $120,000 a year
Ellevation is transparent about its approach to pay which includes competitive base salary, annual performance-based raise, and bonus (or commission for sales positions). The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 with a 10% annual bonus potential and the budgeted target is the midpoint, commensurate with candidate experience and internal parity.
