GP Strategies has a need for a Training Coordinator to support a well-established client in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is a full-time, benefitted role with GP Strategies and supports the client onsite.

The work schedule for the position is as follows:
Monday-Thursday – 10 hour workdays (4/10 week) – 7 or 7:30 a.m. start time

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator will provide administrative support through the following responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service for the Training Center
  • Coordinate class/training logistics (facilitators, location, materials, classroom setup, etc.)
  • Enter course information into Learning Management System and run requested reports
  • Monitor course enrollments to help program leads address course capacity issues
  • Promote class offerings
  • Collect and process evaluation data and provide program leads
  • Maintain and organize training materials and supplies
  • Provide administrative support for talent development initiatives and targeted communications
  • Maintain upkeep of the Training Center facility


  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) – Create and manipulate electronic forms; database entry and report generating
  • Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with ability to prioritize/balance work based on due dates
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in troubleshooting and identifying root causes as well as corrective and preventative actions

Physical Requirements:
