GP Strategies has an opening for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in Dallas, TX. This position is a full-time, benefitted position and is a hybrid position (part remote/part onsite).

SUMMARY:
Provide learning management administration services at a Fortune 100 company. This role loads courses, offerings, and assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS) that allows end users to consume training virtually, in a classroom, or on demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and modify learning activities in the LMS
  • Identify problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist the client with a resolution.
  • Assist with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with upload/publish, and testing of e-Learning sources files in the LMS, troubleshoot any related issues (internally and with clients).
  • Assist with daily tasks such as sending status reports, responding to client questions, and assisting content team with technical issues.
  • Respond to learner questions via general mailbox and help desk system.
  • Assist with internal process auditing and innovation of best practices.
  • Provide onsite training coordination support, when needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • Transactional data entry processing such as item creation and updates
  • Coordination, administrative or similar type of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LMS experience
  • Troubleshooting/testing
  • Metrics recording/tracking
  • Assisting with creating process documentation/checklists
  • Intermediate-level skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
