The E-Learning Developer II works closely with Instructional Designers and the Quality Assurance team to create assets to facilitate student learning. On a daily basis the E-Learning Developer uses e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline to create learning objects, presentations, and videos. ELDs are also asked to format documents for accessibility, input content into learning management systems, and create training materials for other team members. 

What you will do:

  • Create course assets up to standards identified by QA and ELD managers
  • Assist in the course build process and develop course assets for assigned partner
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training process

What you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to learn new processes or software quickly and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous work in a training or support role
  • Strong aesthetic design composition and typographic abilities
  • Willingness to absorb and implement feedback from team members
