Position Summary

The Director, Enterprise Learning, will lead the overall learning strategy across Healthmap, working in conjunction with the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. The Director will lead the strategy, implementation, and administration of the company learning management system (LMS). The Director, Enterprise Learning will collaborate with various departments across Healthmap including IT, data management, reporting, human resources, and other organizational teams. This leader will closely partner with stakeholders, in maintaining an effective training program to ensure operational proficiency, regulatory adherence with Federal, state, CMS, and local regulations, and/or accreditation requirements through monitoring and educational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an enterprise wide LMS strategy for implementation, content management, user support, and system administration
  • Lead a team of learning managers and trainers responsible for managing, creating and conducting training for the organization
  • Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of Policy & Procedures and SOPS related to training
  • Direct new hire orientation and training, annual training, ad hoc trainings and other processes
  • Collaborate with business owners to ensure team is delivering trainings specific to department policies, procedures, processes and customer specific requirements
  • Work collaboratively with business leaders solving key learning issues that impact member engagement, care gap closures, provider engagement and overall business results
  • Direct teams to ensure the development of organization-wide mentoring program
  • Lead projects with Clinical leadership to focus on creating a training library for topics related to renal replacement therapies, chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease
  • Collaborate with the product team to assure content is created accurately for product releases
  • Be able to blend adult learning practices with business acumen to ensure programs are tied to business needs
  • Maintain and generate reports to demonstrate organizational training needs and progress in addressing the identified training opportunities
  • Perform quarterly quality reviews of existing content and functionality
  • Drive continuous improvement into existing processes, operations and learning interventions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning/Organizational Development, or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible Learning and Development experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a Learning and Development Team
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging best in class technology programs to support and deliver training
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-growth companies, building infrastructure under time sensitive deadlines
  • Understanding of and experience with instructional design, curriculum development and agile practices to build exceptional experiences and drive measurable outcomes preferred
  • Startup healthcare and/or technology experience preferred

  • Ability to serve as a learning innovator who can contribute creative ideas into the design and development of learning programs
  • Expertise in Learning Management System strategy, implementation, and administration
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to target audience
  • Experience building, developing, and leading diverse, engaged, successful teams
  • Must be forward thinking and able to leverage technology to build and deliver training for a remote workforce
  • Strong relationship building skills, multitasking, prioritization, and solutions oriented
  • Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical skills and data driven decision making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
