We are seeking a DEI Director who will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s DEI initiatives around the globe. Reporting to Global VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), this individual will be a collaborative, hands-on DEI practitioner who has proven experience influencing leaders at all organizational levels. They will become a key member of the cross-functional leadership team and collaborate closely with the Global VP of DEI to build equitable practices, procedures, and infrastructures across the network. This is not a program-based DEI role; instead, we anticipate that this individual will promote a comprehensive, holistic DEI approach throughout our business.
