Summary
The Science of Reading Curriculum Specialist works closely with other Curriculum Specialists, as well as Visual Design, Print Design, Media, Editorial, User Experience, and production support team members to create instructional content, including writing, storyboarding, and reviewing lesson activities, assessments, and instructional guides to meet the goals of specified learning objectives. The Curriculum Specialist will ensure all curriculum aligns with Science of Reading research. They may also be asked to participate in the early blueprinting/prototyping phases of a project, contribute new ideas to products and processes, and work to ensure quality and consistency throughout a project. The Curriculum Specialist will also support customer communication around the use of the curriculum. As a seasoned professional, they are technically credible and skilled at applying knowledge in their discipline to solutions and can adhere to industry principles as defined by evidence-based practices and the Company’s style guidelines.
